ABOUT ZULFIQAR ALI CHAUDHRY
German rapper formerly known as Ali A $. In 2013, he adopted the stage name Ali As. His debut album was 2008's "Bomb," 2015's "Amnesia" and 2020's "Dali." From 2011 to 2013, he was a member of the crossover band Kellerkommando, which combines traditional folk music with elements of rap and electro.
He began making music when he was 15 years old.
He worked as an editor for the German talk show Fly. He also worked as a junior producer at a film company.
He has Pakistani heritage.
In August 2008, he worked alongside Xatar and Bintia as a "rap coach" on the RTL 2 show Der Bluff.
