Zamzani Abdul Wahab
ABOUT ZAMZANI ABDUL WAHAB
Known as Chef Zam, he is a Malaysian celebrity chef best recognized for his appearances on television shows such as Garam Gula, Citarasa Selebriti, and Ole-ole Malaysia. He is also known for having served as Head of Special Projects at KDU College's School of Hospitality, Tourism, and Culinary Arts in Selangor, Malaysia.
He first started cooking at the age of seven and went on to earn his degree in cuisine from the Universiti Teknologi Mara in 1993. He started working as a chef in several hotels before pursuing a degree in Hotel Restaurant Management from Wales University. He then worked in New York for several years.
He won a scholarship in 2003 to earn his Master's degree in Hospitality Management from Thames Valley University in London.
He was born and raised in Kuala Terengganu, Malaysia and was introduced to cooking by his mother.
