Chef, TV personality, author, and content creator sharing her favorite recipes and family dishes across TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram, while also sitting in as a judge on food competition shows and being a correspondent for the Parabere Forum. Most of the recipes she creates are close to her family and roots. On her social media pages, she provides behind-the-scenes glimpses into her projects and introduces new recipes to her audience.
She was originally an economist and political scientist for nine years after graduating school, but changed careers when she was 32 years old to study gastronomy.
She has many accomplishments as a chef, including judging on MasterChef 2023, doing 14 seasons of the food channel El Gourmet, and being named a California Wine Chef. She wrote a cookbook titled "My Story Through Flavors."
Besides being inspired by her family for most of her career, she features her son Mariano across most of her social accounts.
