MTV personality from 2011's The Real World: San Diego who returned to MTV when he appeared on The Challenge: Battle of the Exes II.
He graduated from Northern Michigan University with a degree in sports science and exercise physiology, also playing wide receiver for the school.
He began working at a physical therapy clinic while playing semi-professional football.
He is from Brighton, Michigan. He and his wife Jenna Compono welcomed a son named Anthony Joseph Nichols in September 2021. In December of 2022, his wife gave birth to their daughter Liliana.
He competed on The Challenge: Battle of the Exes II, presented by TJ Lavin .
