ABOUT YUTAKA TAKENOUCHI
Film and television actor who came to be regarded as one of the most handsome celebrities in Japan. He starred in the Netflix drama series The Days and the NHK taiga drama series Idaten. His film credits include Shin Kamen Rider, Shin Ultraman, and Jinsei no Yakusoku, among many others.
He attended Honan High School. He kickstarted his career in the entertainment industry by winning a modeling competition.
He received a Best Actor nomination at the 2002 Japanese Academy Awards for his role in the romantic drama film Reisei to jônetsu no aida. In the year 2014, he appeared on an episode of the variety show It's Okay to Laugh.
He is from Chōfu, a city located on the western side of the Tokyo metropolitan area.
