South African-Australian multimedia journalist known for being the co-founder of Hashtag Our Stories, being a TEDx speaker, being a former CNN Senior Social Media Reporter, and being the Mobile Editor of the Hindustan Times in India. He is the co-founder of Seen.tv which has over 7 million subscribers.

He began using his phone to document political news stories in the year 2010. He helped launch Hashtag Our Stories in 2017.

He has traveled to over 40 different countries to teach companies mobile journalism. He won Vodacom Journalist of the Year Editor's Choice in 2015. He was named a "Top 20 Global Millennial To Watch In 2016" by Cliff Central in 2016. He was named one of Forbes' 30 Under 30 in Media in 2018.

He was born in the UK. He was raised in Australia. He studied in the United States and worked in both South Africa and India. He has a son named Noah who was born in 2023.
