ABOUT YUGA

Symphony conductor known for his breakthrough concert series Yeethoven, which created orchestral mash-ups of Ludwig van Beethoven and Kanye West . He's guest conducted and played with the Tokyo Philharmonic Orchestra, the Los Angeles Philharmonic and the New Jersey Symphony Orchestra.

From 2015 to 2018 served as Music Director of the Young Musicians Foundation (YMF) Debut Orchestra.

He was a recipient of the Bruno Walter Memorial Scholarship to The Juilliard School and graduated summa cum laude from Harvard University with a degree in computer science.

He's lived in New York City.

He's written extensively about other artists on his blog State of Art and has called Kendrick Lamar a virtuoso.
