ABOUT YOUSEF MAJID

English professional cricketer best known for playing as a left-handed batsman and slow left-arm orthodox bowler for Surrey County Cricket Club. He has represented his home country of England at the U19 level, and he made his First-Class debut, against Essex, in 2024.

He attended Cranleigh School and joined Surrey's academy when he was 16 years old, debuting for their Second XI in 2021 with a notable performance against Middlesex. He went on to earn a short-term professional contract in 2021 due to his exemplary performance in the Royal London One-Day Cup.

He was named Surrey Academy Player of the Year after he took nine wickets in the 2022 Royal London Cup.

He hails from the United Kingdom.

He played for the England U-19s under head coach and former professional cricketer, Michael Yardy .
