ABOUT YERRY RODRIGUEZ

Professional reliever that was first signed by the Texas Rangers as an international free agent in 2015. He was later named a top 100 prospect by the Rangers in 2021.

He initially began his professional career playing for the DSL Rangers rookie affiliate team. He pitched over 50 innings with the team.

He made his official major league debut pitching against the New York Yankees on October 5, 2022. He pitched one inning and recorded one strikeout. He is known for his changeup.

He grew up living with his family in Santiago, Dominican Republic.

He played against Anthony Rizzo during his MLB debut.
