Chef also known as Sheik Cooks who made the top five on the eighth season of the cooking competition MasterChef . She is also a preacher who founded Yachecia Holston Ministries.

She grew up in Detroit, Michigan. She originally auditioned for MasterChef in 2011 but did not make the cut.

She has participated in live cooking events with fellow MasterChef contestant Mike Newton.

She has children.

She competed against Jennifer Williams on MasterChef.
