Reality star, Instagram star, and drag queen known for participating in Season 14 of RuPaul's Drag Race . They post drag queen and modeling content on their willowpillqueen Instagram where they have over 750,000 followers. They were part of the first sister duo to win seasons of Drag Race.

She posted her first Instagram post in September 2017. In the picture, she holds up a hamburger.

Her stage name, Willow Pill, comes from the Buffy the Vampire Slayer character Willow Rosenburg. The last name Pill was inspired by her kidney disease cystinosis, for which she takes multiple medications.

Her birth name is Will Patterson. In July 2018, she posted an Instagram picture of her and her sister celebrating her sister's support and strength.

She is the drag sister of Yvie Oddly who won the 11th season of RuPaul's Drag Race. They met while making a short film in college.
