Adopted son of Dr. Jennifer Arnold and Bill Klein . He stars on the TLC reality show The Little Couple .

He first came home with his parents from China to Houston, Texas on March 5, 2013.

He was named William because of a tradition in Bill's family to name the oldest boy with a first name or middle name of William.

His younger sister, adopted from India, is Zoey Klein .

He has dwarfism like his parents Jennifer and Bill .
