Professional pitcher that was drafted by the Washington Nationals during the second round of the 2017 MLB Draft. He was acquired by the Pittsburgh Pirates via trade in December 2020.

He began his professional career playing for the Nationals' rookie affiliate team the GCL Nationals.

He made his major league debut pitching against the Miami Marlins on August 22, 2020 as a member of the Nationals.

He lives with his wife, Hilary.

He played alongside Juan Soto as a member of the Nationals during the 2020 MLB season.
