Lock-loose forward who joined the Sharks in 2010 after spending four years with the Lions.

He joined the Lions in 2005 and made his match debut in 2007.

He won the Man of the Match award during the Currie Cup Semi-Finals in 2010.

He married Nicolene Alberts in 2009.

He and Patric Cilliers both played for the Golden Lions.
