Wilfried van Winden

ABOUT WILFRIED VAN WINDEN

Designer of the notable Inntel Hotel in Zaandam. Also designed the De Oriënt residential complex in The Hague's Transvaal district in 2011 and Breda's De Marquant residential development in 2007.

He graduated from the Deft University of Technology in 1987. He co-founded in 1985 the Delft-based Molenaar & Van Winden Architecture firm and WAM architecten in 2009.

He designed the Essalam Mosque in Rotterdam.

He was born and raised in the town of Delft.

He and fellow architect Wiel Arets were contemporaries.
