ABOUT WAYNE HILL

Former wicket-keeper and athlete that played cricket professionally for multiple years before retiring in the year 1988. During his professional career, he played for the Western Australia Warriors. Shortly after retiring, he then began working within the Western Australian Cricket Association.

He first began playing cricket as a young boy. Many years later, he signed his first professional contract in the year 1983.

While playing for the Perth Cricket Club, he recorded a franchise-record 323 dismissals. Of those 323 dismissals, 264 of them were catches and 59were stumpings.

He grew up living with his family in Subiaco, Australia, which is a suburb right outside of Perth.

He is a former professional cricket player just like MS Dhoni and Shane Warne .
