ABOUT WARMING JOSE BERNABEL

Professional shortstop that was first signed by the Colorado Rockies as an international prospect in 2018. A few years later, he was named the eighth best MLB prospect in the Rockies organization.

Initially, he began his profesional career playing for the DSL Rockies. He was then sent to the Grand Junction Rockies.

He logged new career-highs in hits, home runs, runs batted in and doubles during the 2022 minor league season. He also recorded a career-high .313 batting average. As a hitter, he is known for being aggressive.

Growing up, he lived with his family in the Bani, Dominican Republic area.

He shares a June 6th birthday with DeAndre Hopkins .
