Wallace Sititi
ABOUT WALLACE SITITI
Professional flanker, athlete, and number 8 that originally began his club rugby career with North Harbour in 2022. After two seasons, he then joined the Waikato Chiefs in 2024. He is also a member of the New Zealand men's national team.
As a teenager, he attended De La Salle College. During his teenage years, he played for the Auckland Marist rugby team.
He was given the name Wallace as a tribute to the character William Wallace from the action film Braveheart . In the film, Wallace was played by actor Mel Gibson . He stands six feet, two inches tall, and weighs just under 250 pounds.
Although he was born in Samoa, he grew up living with his family in Scotland, England and New Zealand. His father, Semo, was also a professional rugby player.
He played alongside Luke Jacobson as a member of the Waikato Chiefs during the 2024 club season.
