Fitness coach who has a popular Instagram account virensushilbarman, which has gained 100,000 followers. He has a vlog series where he showcases his daily life. His vlogs have typically included clips of his gym workouts and his eating routine. He has also posted comedy skits as well as videos where he gives nutrition advice.

He obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing from Symbiosis Centre for Management Studies. He subsequently received his Physical Fitness Technician Certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine.

He is the co-founder of Giant Fitness Company. In December 2016, he was named the 1st Runner-Up at the 2016 Mr. India contest.

He has been married to his wife Kriti Barman . He was born to mother Anuradha Barman and father Sushil Barman. His younger brother is called Dhruv.

He and actor Jaideep Ahlawat both appeared in the 2nd season of the television series Paatal Lok.
