ABOUT VINCENT BAL

Belgian artist and filmmaker who is widely known for his unique shadow-inspired doodles. He has gained popularity for creating artwork based around shadows cast by everyday objects.

He studied filmmaking at the Sint-Lukas School in Brussels, Belgium. He graduated in 1994.

His film school graduation short movie Tour de France (1995) won the Dresden Film Festival's best short film award. In 2014, he directed and wrote the Belgian feature film Brabançonne.

His mother is Eva Bal.

He has written for the TV mini-series Kika & Bob and for its star Brian Blessed .
