She fist began baking at the age of 15. She continued baking and perfecting her craft and received more attention when she appeared on the series the Great British Bake Off.
She is known for baking at a variety of events including with the children at Earlybirds Nursery in Long Ashton and several events through Bibic Charity.
She was born and raised in Conisbrough and later moved to Somerton with her husband Ian.
She starred alongside Candice Brown , Andrew Smyth , and Ruby Tandoh on the series the Great British Bake Off.
