ABOUT UMAR IBRAHIM
Nigerian-American rapper, singer, and songwriter. He first garnered attention in the year 2017 when he dropped an impressive freestyle over the Kendrick Lamar hit single, "Humble." On October 24, 2018, he made his debut with a solo mixtape titled, "Man on Fire."
After attending Alfred State College for a year to study computer science, he made the decision to drop out and fully dedicate himself to pursuing a career in music.
He is better known by his stage name Thutmose.
He spent his formative years in a small city located outside of Lagos, Nigeria. He currently calls Brooklyn, New York his home.
He has collaborated with DJ Steve Aoki .
