ABOUT TYLER NEVIN

Professional infielder that was drafted by the Colorado Rockies during the first round of the 2015 MLB draft. He was later acquired by the Baltimore Orioles via trade in August 2020.

Prior to being drafted, he attended Poway High School in Poway, California. He had plans of enrolling at UCLA , but instead went to the majors.

He made his official major league debut playing against the Chicago White Sox on May 29, 2021 as a member of the Orioles. He recorded his first major league hit that night. When Baltimore played the Los Angeles Angels in 2022, Tyler's father, Phil, was the interim manager of the Angels.

He grew up living with his family in Poway, California. His father, Phil Nevin , played professionally in the majors for 10 seasons.

He played alongside Cedric Mullins and Austin Hays as a member of the Orioles during the 2022 MLB season.
