ABOUT TYLER FERGUSON
Major league reliever that was originally drafted by the Texas Rangers as a sixth round pick in the 2015 MLB Draft. Since then, he has pitched in the Los Angeles Dodgers , Atlanta Braves , Arizona Diamondbacks and Oakland Athletics organizations. He has also played baseball professionally in the Can-Am League and the American Association of Professional Baseball.
He previously played college baseball at Vanderbilt University . In 2014, he helped Vanderbilt win an NCAA national championship.
He made his official major league debut while pitching against the Texas Rangers on May 7, 2024. He pitched two shout innings and recorded 2 strikeouts.
He is a native of Clovis, California. He grew up living with his parents and his sister, Ashley.
He played college baseball at Vanderbilt University just like Sonny Gray and David Price .
