ABOUT TRISTAN BECK

Professional pitcher that was drafted by the Atlanta Braves during the fourth round of the 2018 Major League Draft. He was later traded to the San Francisco Giants in July 2019.

Prior to being drafted, he attended Stanford University where he played college baseball for three seasons. During his junior season, he was named to the first team All-Pac-12.

He recorded a professional career high 116 strikeouts during the 2022 regular season. He also pitched a career high 111.1 innings. Coming out of high school, he was ranked as a first-round talent by Baseball America. He also played football in high school.

He grew up living with his family in Corona, California. His brother, Brendan, was drafted by the New York Yankees during the 2021 MLB Draft.

He was once packaged in a trade that involved Mark Melancon .
