ABOUT TONY BONGIOVI

Producer and audio engineer known for his work with musicians such as Gloria Gaynor , Aerosmith , and the Ramones . He is the founder of The Power Station, a recording studio with locations in New York City and Pompano Beach, Florida. He sold the New York location in 1996.

He began his career in 1972.

He has also worked with Stevie Wonder and Marvin Gaye . Over the course of his career, he dabbled in a variety of genres, from R&B and disco to punk rock and heavy metal. While operating out of New York, he had musicians like David Bowie and and The Clash come through and record.

Jon Bon Jovi is his cousin.

He collaborated with Jimi Hendrix on the 1975 recording, "Midnight".
