ABOUT TOMOS WILLIAMS
A rugby player from Wales who works as a scrum-half for Cardiff Rugby. He has also represented Wales at the international level. He has also played for the Wales sevens team in the 2013-14 IRB Sevens World Series.
He was selected for the Wales squad in the 2019 Rugby World Cup, and he has continued to be a key player for the national team.
He previously played basketball and represented Wales in grade-age tournaments. Nevertheless, at the age of 18, he made a complete transition to rugby by enrolling in the Cardiff Academy. Williams scored a try for Cardiff in the Challenge Cup final victory over Gloucester, which was later voted the Try of the Season.
On June 1, 2021, Williams signed a contract extension with Cardiff.
He is originally from Treorchy, Wales.
He has played alongside Alun Wyn Jones .
