Guitarist and vocalist known for playing with LA-based indie band Lord Huron .  The group's debut album Lonesome Dreams was released in 2012. They have also released albums titled Long Lost and Vide Noir.

He, Ben Schneider and Mark Barry grew up playing music together in Michigan. They started playing together in seventh grade and had various bands over the years.

He is known for playing guitars including a 1967 Starfire V and M-65 Freshman. In July 2015, he and Lord Huron played on Late Night with Seth Meyers . In May 2015, he and Lord Huron played on Conan O'Brien 's late night show. The band has built a following of over 1.3 million subscribers.

He is from the United States.

His Lord Huron bandmates also included Miguel Briseño .
