ABOUT TOM GLEESON

Australian stand-up comedian, entertainer, performer, artist, writer, television and radio presenter who first gained fame for co-hosting The Weekly with Charlie Pickering alongside Judith Lucy. He is also known for hosting Hard Quiz and Taskmaster Australia.

He attended St. Joseph's College, Hunters Hill, in Sydney. He graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Science in mathematics and physics. He also occasionally sang vocals in an Australian band, The Fantastic Leslie.

In the year 2019, he won the Gold Logie Award for Most Popular Personality on Television. He has performed at several well-known and popular venues and events around the world including in the Just For Laughs Festival in Montreal and the Kilkenny Comedy Festival in Ireland.

He and his wife Ellie Parker have two children together.

He was the writer for the mini series Skithouse
starring Delta Goodrem and Philippa Northeast .
