ABOUT TOM FLOYD

Former Australian rules footballer who played six professional seasons in the VFL for Geelong and Collingwood.

He first made the Geelong roster in 1978 but at age 17, he only appeared in seven games.

His breakout year came in 1980 when he averaged nearly 20 disposals per game and was Geelong's third leading goal-kicker.

After his career was over, he moved to Western Australia with his family.

He and Andrew Rogers both played for Geelong.
