Filipino lifestyle and beauty vlogger who has earned more than 1.2 million subscribers creating vlogs, tutorials, hauls and Q&A videos. She has become recognized as a successful celebrity interviewer, with many of her videos featuring stars like Vice Ganda and Shaira Luna .

On March 31st, 2015, she opened her YouTube channel with the inaugural video "Don't Break The Chain Challenge!"

Her secondary YouTube channel ThatsBellaVlogs features a variety of more personal informal vlogs.

Her real name is Arabella Francesca V. Racelis. Her sister Alliah appears in her April 2015 video simply titled "Sister Tag!" Her brother, Angelo , is a gamer and has his own YouTube channel, AngeloFTW.

In August 2016, she posted the YouTube video "VLOG: Quick Q&A w/ Bailey May & Janella Salvador ! (ASAP Chill Out BTS)."
