ABOUT TERRI LYNE CARRINGTON

Grammy Award-winning jazz drummer who has played with artists like Stan Getz , Wayne Shorter , and Joe Sample .

She was given her grandfather's drum set at age seven and was awarded a scholarship to Berklee College of Music when she was eleven years old.

She was the house drummer for The Arsenio Hall Show.

Her mother was a pianist and her father was the president of the Boston Jazz Society and was a saxophonist.

She has collaborated with jazz artist Dizzy Gillespie .
