ABOUT TANEL TOOM

Estonian filmmaker who wrote and directed The Confession, which was nominated for Best Live Action Short Film at the 2010 Oscars.

He made his entertainment debut as a second assistant director on the 2004 film Set Point.

He also directed the short films The Second Coming and Tuul.

He graduated from Tallinn University in 2005.

He was born in Tallinn, Estonia, which was also true for basketball star Martin Muursepp .
