ABOUT TAMER HASHEM
Drummer best known as a member of the Egyptian rock band Cairokee. He and the band came to prominence in 2011 with their politically-charged protest songs inspired by the Egyptian Revolution.
He was childhood friends with the other founding members of Cairokee. He hails from Ma`Adi, Al Qahirah, Egypt and studied at Cairo University.
He modeled for the Hugo Boss campaign #LikeABoss.
He has a daughter.
He has been bandmates with singer Amir Eid in Cairokee.
