ABOUT SUNNY CHOI

Break dancer, entertainer, artist, and performer who won the first gold medal in breakdancing ever awarded at the Pan American Games. She was the first American woman to qualify for breakdancing at the 2024 Olympics. She also won silver at the 2022 World Games.

She started breaking during her freshman year at University of Pennsylvania .

She attended the Wharton School of Business in Pennsylvania before fully deciding to commit her life to dance and performing. She was the director of global creative operations at the makeup company known as Estée Lauder.

Her parents Jung-In Choi and Kyung-Ju Choi migrated from Daegu, South Korea. She has three brothers named Jin, Joon, and Young.

She and Logan Edra are both famous break dancers.
