Su-Mei Tse
ABOUT SU-MEI TSE
Luxembourg-born cellist, photographer, and artist who created "La Marionnette," "The Echo," and other art installations.
She studied classical cello at the Luxembourg Conservatory and later attended music and art schools in Paris.
Her exhibition "The Ich-Manifestation" premiered in 2005 at Chicago's Renaissance Society.
Her mother was a British pianist and her father was a Chinese violinist.
She and German photographer Wolfgang Tillmans were contemporaries.
