ABOUT STEVEN MCRAE

Australia ballet dancer who has won universal acclaim for his work with the Royal Ballet in London. Some of his most notable roles include The Mad Hatter in Alice's Adventures in Wonderland and Prince Florizel in The Winter's Tale.

He grew up in Sydney, Australia and began dancing at age 7. He earned a scholarship at the Prix de Lausanne in Switzerland in 2003.

He was named Young Australian Achiever of the Year in the UK in 2014.

He married Elizabeth Harrod in 2011. His first child, Audrey Bluebell, was born in 2015.

His dancing skills were compared to those of Fred Astaire by The Guardian.
