Rugby union player who is recognized for playing both the lock and loose forward positions for Bristol Rugby in the English Championship. He was chosen to be a member of the All Blacks 2013 The Rugby Championship squad.

He played for New Zealand's under 20 team which won the IRB Junior World Championship two consecutive years.

In 2017, he covered the NFL playoffs for Duke TV.

He is from New Zealand.

He and Tusi Pisi both played for Bristol Rugby.
