ABOUT STEPHEN PERKINS

Drummer with the rock bands Jane's Addiction and Hellflower. He has also worked with other offshoots of Jane's Addiction, including Porno for Pyros.

He grew up in Los Angeles.

He has performed with the Red Hot Chili Peppers .

He is of Jewish descent and occasionally goes by the Hebrew name Shmlomo. He married Cindy Juarez in 1995.

He and Perry Farrell were both in Jane's Addiction.
