ABOUT STEPHEN KEHINDE AMOS

British standup comedian who has performed stand-up comedy numerous times at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. During his show at the 2006 Edinburgh Fringe Festival, he revealed his homosexuality to his audience for the first time.

When he began doing comedy, he initially did not tell his parents. Instead, he told them that he had a minicab-driving job. His parents found out about his career after he invited them to his 3,500-seat Hammersmith Apollo show in London.

He is an actor and has appeared in TV series like EastEnders and Stewart Lee's Comedy Vehicle. He is a fan of the professional soccer club West Ham United. In June 2010, he performed a comedy set on the main stage at the London Pride Parade.

He grew up as one of seven children.

In January 2013, he appeared in a special series of The Great British Bake Off alongside Mary Berry and Paul Hollywood .
