ABOUT SRIDHARAN SRIRAM

Named Indian Cricket's Cricketer of the Year in 2000 while in Ranji Trophy, he signed with IPL in 2007.

He made his international debut in South Africa with the Indian Under-19 side in the 1992-93 season.

He scored 1075 runs and had five centuries in Ranji Trophy the year he was named Cricketer of the Year.

His father, Dr. S.D. Sridharan, is a renowned violinist.

He played for Tamil Nadu like the great Indian all-rounder Robin Singh .
