Well-regarded Indian dancer who began specializing in the Shankar technique of New Dance that was pioneered by her grandfather Uday. As an actress, she starred in the films Ek Je Chhilo Raja and Talking of Michelangelo.

Her mom started training her in dance as a toddler.

She has worked as a makeup consultant.

Her mother Tanusree is a well-known dancer and her father Ananda was a musician.

She became a dancing and acting double threat from India like Mallika Sarabhai and Shobana .
