ABOUT SPENCER JONES

Baseball star and athlete who is best known for playing in the New York Yankees . He was selected in the first round of the 2022 Major League Baseball draft. He has played several different positions including centerfielder, right fielder, and leftfielder.

By the young age of 12, he was already six foot, three inches tall. As a child, he played Little League. He played college baseball at Vanderbilt University .

As an adult, he is a six foot, six inch tall man. He is also a left-handed baseball player. In the year 2020, he underwent Ulnar Collateral Ligament Reconstruction, otherwise known as Tommy John surgery. To begin the 2023 season, the Yankees assigned Jones to the Hudson Valley Renegades of the High-A South Atlantic League.

He grew up on the West Coast but spent his summers with his grandparents in Brewster, Massachusetts.

He has been compared to baseball star Aaron Judge .
