She and her sister Isabella make up a dynamic modeling duo popular on Instagram. Her modeling portfolio as a child includes work with children's apparel companies like Gap and FabKids.

The joint Isabella & Sophia Instagram account first began posting photos of the sisters in July of 2012.

Outside her joint Instagram with her sister, she also has a separate individual Instagram account operated by her mother.

Isabella and Sophia's mother's name is Leah. The two girls have four brothers, two of whom, Andrew and Mark, are also models.
