Photographer and graphic designer who is known for images that feature floral arrangements against the sky. She says her images blur the lines of reality and the imagination through the exploration of exquisite color palettes.
She first joined Instagram in December of 2011.
She has sold exclusive prints and merchandise. She served as a principal and creative director at the design studio Monograph&Co. She has earned more than 100,000 followers on her sophiaahamed Instagram account.
Her father died when she was very young. Her mother also dealt with a serious illness.
She and Lisa Brezinski are both Canadian photographers who showcase their work on Instagram.
