Inaugural winner of Brat's first talent competition series, The Talent Show . Before winning the series, she had released digital singles called "Oh Holy Night" and "Coming Home."
She uploaded an Instagram video of herself at the age of five singing " White Horse " by Taylor Swift with the help of her dad on the guitar.
She played both competitive basketball and softball growing up.
Her father had an imaginary child he called Skylie for a high school genetics project. This is where she got her unique name. Her father Davy Thompson is a musician and youth pastor. She has five siblings.
She had the chance to meet Indiana Massara while filming for The Talent Show.
