ABOUT SKANDOR AKBAR

Born Jimmy Saied Wehba and known to his fans as Skandor Akbar, this professional wrestler had a career with the World Wide Wrestling Federation before retiring from the ring to become a wrestling manager for World Class Championship Wrestling and the Universal Wrestling Federation.

He began his wrestling career in the early 1960s and initially performed under his own name, Jimmy Wehba.

He named his wrestling training space Devastation, Inc.

Born to a family of Arabic and Lebanese heritage, he and his two sisters were raised in Vernon, Texas.

He was briefly the wrestling manager of Kevin Von Erich .
