ABOUT SIMON TOWNSHEND
British guitarist best known for being the brother of The Who guitarist Pete Townshend and for his work with acts like Pearl Jam. He has also performed with Jeff Beck and Dave Grohl .
He recorded backing vocals for the Who track Smash the Mirror at the age of 9.
He founded his own production company, called Stir Music, in 1996.
His father Cliff was a professional saxophonist.
He toured with The Who's Roger Daltrey on the Daltrey Sings Townshend Tour.
