World famous classical guitarist who is regarded as one of the greatest concert musicians in South American history.

The Chamber Music Association gave him a diploma for the best concert of the season in 1948.

He became Musical Advisor of the Vice Minister of Culture in Paraguay in 1992.

His mother was also a very talented musician.

Some consider him to be the Paraguayan Carlos Montoya .
