She regularly posts shopping haul videos, fashion and beauty tutorials, and inspirational, motivating content to over 1.9 million subscribers. She also is popular on Instagram with 320,000 followers and TikTok with 1 million followers.

Her first TikTok, posted on June 24th 2020, featured her grandmother as she was seen by others and as she was seen by Sierra.

She is recovering from an eating disorder, and much of her content is focused around having a healthy body image and being secure in one's own skin.
